Plans are subscription-based and billed automatically each month. A renewal reminder is sent 3 days before your renewal date. You may cancel at any time from Account → Subscriptions → View → Cancel, or by emailing support@customgptsolutions.ai.
Refunds — First purchase: request within 14 days of your first paid charge. Renewals: non-refundable except when requested within 7 days and there has been no post-renewal usage (e.g., no prompts submitted; no API tokens consumed), or when a documented service failure prevented access. Who controls my personal data and who processes my prompts?
Custom GPT Solutions is the controller for website/account data and a processor/service provider for the content you submit into the copilots. Payment card data is handled by Lemon Squeezy; your full card number does not reach Custom GPT Solutions.
Do you use my prompts and outputs to train models for other customers?
No. The Terms state that Customer Data and Output are not used to train or fine-tune models for others without your opt-in or explicit permission.
What safeguards are in place?
Administrative, technical, and physical measures appropriate to a SaaS processor/service-provider role; details and rights (access, deletion, correction, opt-out) are described in the Privacy Policy.
Do you serve minors?
